We have a friendly team of handymen capable of completing a wide range of household tasks- one of the many benefits of choosing a handyman service over specialist tradesmen! Our handymen are skilled in a variety of areas, including decorating, tiling, hardwood flooring, carpentry, plumbing, gardening and electrical work. Bethnal Green Handyman E2 offers a wide variety of services, including: Fixing leaks, replacing lights, fitting blinds and curtains, painting, tiling and plastering.

Our Pricing


We offer affordable and comprehensive prices with no hidden extras. We work at a fixed rate of £25 per hour. Our daily rate is £175 per day, *per workman
*some bigger jobs may require more than one workman.
Unlike many tradesmen, we don’t ask for a call out charge and we don’t expect you to pay our travel expenses.
In the majority of cases it is possible to make an accurate assessment of the work required during a telephone consultation. We work on a minimum service time of 2 hours, so you may wish to provide us with a list of small household jobs in order to make the most of our time.
We pride ourselves on our impeccable reputation when it comes to customer satisfaction. So if, for any reason you are not entirely happy with any aspect of the work done, we will return and endeavor to put things right, at no extra expense to you.


We have £1m liability insurance to give our clients a greater sense of security.


Two options:


1. )   You can hire us to complete the work and then purchase any materials required yourself
2. )   We can purchase the necessary materials. If you decide to take this route, we will simply charge you for the items themselves and the time it takes us to purchase them (at a rate of £25 per hour).


If you are looking to save money, it may be best to choose option
1. )


Smaller items, such as filler, screws and raw plugs are provided free of charge.


We accept both cash and cheques- please present a valid guarantee card when paying by cheque.
 


Congestion charges and parking are charged back to the client.


Skip Hire*


Skips are often required for larger jobs. Please do ask us if you would like us to organise this (at a cost of £250 per skip). Alternatively, you can dispose of any larger waste materials yourself.

*When hiring a skip it is necessary to obtain an agreement with your local council.

1.  Account Terms

a. )   Invoices will be issued in person, on the day of completion and must be paid
         within 7 days.

2. Overdue Accounts

a. )   Overdue accounts and late payers will be liable to late payment charges at
10% of the total bill. Additionally, an administration charge of £65.00 per
week will be incurred until the date of payment.

b. )   "Inter Master” owner is entitled to employ the services of solicitors and/or collection
agencies to recover all reasonable expenses incurred, in the event that
    payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice issue date.

3.  Fixed Price Quotations

a.)  All fixed priced quotations are made out in writing in advance.

4.  Daily Rates

a.)  The daily rate equates to eight hours work and will be applied unless a
fixed price quotation has been agreed in advance. Any costs incurred in the
form of materials or expenses, will also be charged back to the client.

5.  Booking our time

a.) If you wish to book a days work, at either a fixed/ daily rate, you have two
options:

b.) Book by phone between 7am- 9am . Booked work only valid same
day. But still you have to send by via Email ( 5.c )

c.) Send us your booking time in writing (via Email, not text message) at
least 2 days prior to the date the work is to be carried out, including the
following details:

- *Full name
- *Full address (house number, street name, post code)
- *Contact phone number
- Work you want carried out.

d.) *Personal details will be (completely ) safe with us and won't be passed on to
any third party unless we receive prior written consent.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours prior to cancellation. In the event that you fail to comply with this, a minimum service charge of £50 will be invoiced to you. Expenses, such as parking or congestion charges may also be included on your invoice.
 

  

Making a Complaint

In the unlikely event that our work fails to meet your expectations, telephone us immediately stating the invoice number, the invoice date and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
Even if you are not sure whether the problem has occurred as a result of our work, please do call us anyway, as some faults can cause further damage to your property and should be dealt with as soon as possible.


Guarantee

We recommend discussing any problems with our engineers or customer service team as soon as possible, in order to address them promptly.

Inter Master provides maintenance, repair and improvement services in London and the surrounding area. A full range of services are offered; including electrical work, joinery, plumbing, garden maintenance and decorating.


Inter Master offers a team of meticulous handymen, qualified to complete jobs usually reserved to specialist tradesmen and at a fraction of the price. We also pride ourselves in leaving your home as clean and tidy as possible on our departure- a simple service, sadly overlooked by many companies of our kind. Extensive background and security checks are carried out on a routine basis, to ensure the complete reliability of our team. All our workmen also carry clear identification badges for security purposes.


Work is arranged on an appointment basis to ensure our punctuality.

What happens if you are running late?

This is a very rare occurrence. Punctuality is one of our main priorities. However, in the event that we are running late, we will contact you and keep you informed.

Absolutely; we have public liability insurance of £1m.

Can you provide the materials?

Clients often purely use our labour services, but we are more than willing to purchase any materials that may be necessary to complete the job. We will simply charge you for the items themselves and the time it takes us to purchase them. Smaller items, such as filler, screws and raw plugs are always kept in our tool box, so there is no need to provide these your self.

How soon can we expect an appointment?

This largely depends on our availability. It could be anything from a few days to 2 week.

What happens if we are not satisfied with the job done?

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Our workmen are highly skilled and always meticulous when it comes to attention to detail. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will do our best to put things right as soon as possible and free of charge.
